To see your previous submissions, or any requests assigned to you, tap the Activity icon in the lower navigation bar, and click on My Activity in the sub-navigation bar that is located near the top of the screen. Click on any service request entry in the activity list to be taken to the Details view of the service request. Within the Details view, you can also add a comment or photos to the service request, if desired.

Comfort

This section of the BuildingIQ Mobile App enables you to submit feedback to the facilities team on your comfort level within certain areas of your building. It also enables you to see your previous comfort feedback reports, as well as see comfort feedback of other people (anonymized) within your building.

Your facilities management team collects your comfort feedback, along with that of others, and uses it to tune the HVAC operations within your building to improve your comfort.

Submitting your comfort feedback is simple.

Merely select the Comfort icon in the lower navigation bar, and then tap on Give Feedback in the sub-navigation bar that is located near the top of the screen. Tap the appropriate floor number within the list of floor numbers that appears at the top of the location picture, and then swipe left or right to switch to the specific location for which you wish to give comfort feedback. Once you’ve selected your location, then tap on one of the five colors in the colored bar beneath the picture, corresponding to your comfort level. Colors to the left indicate cool or cold, and colors to the right indicate warm or hot. Once you have selected your comfort level, then click on the button directly beneath the color comfort bar to submit your feedback, and you’re done.

To see detailed views of comfort feedback (anonymized) by floor, location, and for varying timeframes (day, week, month, year), tap on Overview within the sub-navigation bar near the top of the screen. You can drag the list of floors up or down, and then choose the specific location on the floor that you want to view by tapping its name within the list that appear below the floor label. You can also change the timescale at which you wish to view the results on a floor by floor basis. You will see the floor/location comfort results as stacked bar charts where each color within the bar corresponds to the comfort level reported by the building’s occupants. If you do not see any bars, then there has been no comfort feedback for the floor, location, and time range selected.

To see your individual previous comfort feedback submissions, tap the Activity icon in the lower navigation bar, and click on My Activity in the sub-navigation bar that is located near the top of the screen.
